Terms and Conditions

Vaccinations & Health

All dogs must be vaccinated against contagious diseases including Kennel Cough. Vaccination against Kennel Cough must be completed at least 14 days prior to boarding. Valid Vaccination Certificates must be produced and stay with your pet during each boarding period.

Beeches Farm Kennels will not be held responsible if a dog contracts Kennel Cough or any contagious disease whilst in their care.

Beeches Farm Kennels reserves the right to refuse admission to any animal that it feels is suffering/carrying a contagious disease or, in their opinion, is unfit to be left in a kennel environment.

Any veterinary fees incurred whilst left in the care of Beeches Farm Kennels, due to illness or any medical problems, will be settled in full by the owner of the animal concerned and will not be the responsibility of Beeches Farm Kennels.

Welfare & Veterinary Treatment

Whilst every possible care and attention is given to each animal left in the care of Beeches Farm Kennels they cannot be held responsible for any loss/veterinary fees either through illness or any other cause.

All Veterinary Fees, medications, transport costs and associated expenses remain the owners responsibility and will be added to the Boarding Fee and will be payable by the owner before the animal has departed Beeches Farm Kennels.

I give permission to Beeches Farm Kennels to sign, in my absence, for any emergency Veterinary treatment, as advised by the Veterinary Surgeon, that may be necessary whilst the Animal is in their care. I understand that Beeches Farm Kennels will make every effort to contact  me firstly then secondly my emergency contact on the numbers/emergency numbers supplied in order to update me with any medical conditions involved with my animal.

Every effort will be made to contact the Veterinary Practice supplied on the booking form in order to obtain Veterinary treatment when necessary, a 15 mile radius will be deemed reasonable for travelling to the named Veterinary practice. In excess of this distance a local Veterinary Practice will be sought. In this situation the owner will be responsible for giving permission to the animals Veterinary Practice named on the form to release the medical history of the animal to a Veterinary Surgeon specified by Beeches Farm Kennels at that time.

Boarding Fees & Payment

Boarding Fees are payable in full on collection at the end of the period along with any sundry/veterinary expenses incurred during this time. Fees are charged for the dates booked on the booking form regardless of arrival or collection dates, no refunds are given for early collection. Payment is accepted by Cash, Credit and Debit cards only, AMEX is not accepted.

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 50% is required to secure all bookings.

Food & Belongings

Owners may provide food, beds, blankets, toys and other possessions. Personal belongings are left entirely at the owners risk. Beeches Farm Kennels will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Shared Kennels

Dogs may only share accommodation with animals from the same household/ownership. Shared accommodation is at the owners risk.

Entire Males and Bitches in season

Entire males, pregnant bitches and bitches in season are accepted at the owners own risk.

Behaviour

Owners must disclose any history of aggression, anxiety, escape attempts or behavioural concerns. Beeches Farm Kennels reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate boarding if a dog presents a risk. All outstanding fees remain payable.

Medication

Medication will be administered in accordance to the owners written instructions. Medication must be supplied in it’s original packaging. Beeches Farm Kennels will not be held responsible for any adverse reaction resulting from medication supplied by the owner or undisclosed medical conditions.

Exercise

I give permission to the Staff of Beeches Farm Kennels to provide controlled exercise on Flexi leads within the boundaries of Beeches Farm. I also give permission for the Staff of Beeches Farm Kennels to provide free running in secure exercise areas in order to provide further enrichment whilst staying at Beeches Farm Kennels.

Collection

Dogs not collected within 14 days of the departure date on the booking form, despite reasonable contact attempts, may be re-homed or otherwise dealt with in accordance with animal welfare legislation. All outstanding fees remain payable.

Damage to Property

Beeches Farm Kennels will not be held responsible for any damage to vehicles or property belonging to customers while on the premises.

The owner accepts and agrees that whilst every care and attention is given to their animal they are accepted by Beeches Farm Kennels at the owner’s own risk.

Beeches Farm Kennels reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time as it sees fit. Any changes will appear on this website, you are therefore advised to re-read these on a regular basis.
